Big Heart Meditation with David Wagner

What does it mean to have a big heart? Imagine living your life and facing your challenges with a centered, fearless, generous heart. In Big Heart Meditation, David teaches what he calls the “open secrets to deep meditation”. You will learn to use meditative practices to take care of yourself in a deep way and walk your own unique path to lasting happiness and inner freedom. Meditation doesn’t have to be hard to be profound and effective. Whoever you are, however you live, your experience of life and living will be enhanced and improved. This workshop will combine guided meditation sessions with contemplation exercises, gentle stretching, and lively discussions to help identify and work with areas of potential growth and renewal within yourself. Whether you are brand-new to sitting meditation or a seasoned practitioner, this workshop will have something to offer you.

David Harshada Wagner

David has been teaching meditation and self-empowerment to people all over the world in all kinds of venues since 1994. Classically trained in the Indian wisdom traditions of Yoga, Bhakti, Vedanta, and Tantric Shaivism, his teachings come from his decades of personal transformation and his experience serving others to find their authentic path to deep happiness.


David serves on the faculties of Yogaglo.com, Kripalu, and Omega Institutes, and travels widely working with people from all walks of life.  His teaching style is bold, dynamic, and unique, approachable to students from all walks of life. Most recently, David has taken on the mission of serving the transformational needs of men. He’s authoring a book for men and offers regular men’s groups and retreats. David currently lives with his family in New York City.

Men of Strength – Men of Vision

Men of all ages and backgrounds are invited to a unique lecture and discussion about the sometimes tricky path of being a good man in today’s world. Our world today needs strong men that know themselves and know how to take care of themselves as well as the people that depend on them. In our evening program, author and men’s group leader David H Wagner will explore some of the ideas from his forthcoming men’s book Backbone: The Modern Man’s Ultimate Guide to Purpose Passion and Power. No yoga or meditation experience is necessary.

David H Wagner is a Men’s group leader, meditation teacher, and father of two who leads workshops, retreats, and classes for people all kinds of people all over the world. He brings his classical training in the Eastern Wisdom traditions to western audiences in a down-to-earth, no B.S. style. Originally from Peoria, IL, David currently lives with his family in New York City.
