Sacred Sound Circle is an evening event coming to Fish Tree Yoga designed to help raise awareness on the healing potential of sound. There will be an overview with ancient and modern insights of sound’s influence on us as human beings. A Chakra orientated yoga series as well as group exercises of vocal Chakra toning, Shamanic breath work, and an open sonic meditation using quartz crystal signing bowls and other atmospheric sacred sounds. All are welcome as there is no musical experience required. Join our hosts Robert John Malone and Amy Jill Hargis as they bring this one of a kind event to Fish Tree Yoga on Friday, February 7th at 6pm. Cost to attend is just $20.
